Eligibility
To be considered for the entrance scholarship, students must:
Be a new student entering Grade 9 or Grade 10 for the 2027–2028 school year
Complete enrolment at Toronto STEM School on or before December 15, 2026
Demonstrate an aptitude for STEM
Meet Toronto STEM School’s admission requirements
Scholarship eligibility and approval are subject to review by Toronto STEM School.

Canadian Students May Get up to 50% off Their Tuition Fee
Each year, we offer 1-2 students up to a 50% entrance scholarship. The eligibility criteria for this scholarship is as follows:
Student must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. For scholarships available to international students, please see below.
Student should be switching from a different school to TSS.
Student should be an applicant of grades 9, 10 or 11 only. This scholarship is not available to grade 12 students.
Past year’s average in STEM-related subjects and English must be minimum A.
Student should indicate an excellent aptitude in STEM. The application should include references, awards, SSAT scores or other noteworthy projects.

International Students May Receive Up to 30% off Their Tuition Fee
Each year, we offer 1-2 students up to a 30% entrance scholarship. The eligibility criteria for this scholarship is as follows:
Students must be an international student.
Student should be an applicant of grades 9, 10 or 11 only. This scholarship is not available to grade 12 students.
Past year’s average in STEM-related subjects and English must be minimum 95%.
Student should indicate an excellent aptitude in STEM. The application should include references, awards, SSAT scores or other noteworthy projects.
